Yes, all of our screens are custom made, right here in America! All our products are shipped to your doorstep and are guaranteed.

Are your screens easy to install?
Yes. Screens from DIY Screens Direct are easy to install in just a few steps, with only one or two tools. Many of our products are pre-assembled and our website also offers helpful tips and tricks.

Can I order custom-sized screen windows and screen doors?
Yes. Please make sure to take very accurate measurements because we guarantee that our custom built screens will be matched to your exact specifications.

Can you help me determine what I need to buy and how to measure my opening?
Yes. DIY Screens Direct will strive to provide detailed guidelines, recommendations, and solutions for every customer’s specific needs. We will offer all of our resources and expertise to aid in your decision making. We want you to get the right product and will provide help, however, there is a limit to the assistance we are able to administer via phone calls and emails. The final decision about screen specifications and dimensions is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer medium and large retractable screens?
Yes. DIY Screens Direct offers large, odd shape & size, and custom cut screens in a variety of types (retractable, door, window, porch, etc.).

How do I return an item?
Approval for material that is being returned must be obtained from our customer service department. Requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email, writing, or calling our customer service department at 1-800-654-4577. A Returned Goods Authorization will be issued for approved returns and must be printed on all shipping documents and bills of lading. No returned materials will be accepted without a valid Returned Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) Number.

There will be a 25% restocking charge with a minimum charge of $5.00.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
All damages must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery and reported to customer service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. An exception number must be obtained from the driver and CLEARLY noted on the freight bill and the bill of lading. Any claims for damages and shortages must be marked clearly on the bill of lading and signed by the driver. If concealed damage is suspected it must be noted on the freight bill and signed by the driver and customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

Approval for return of damaged or defective material must be obtained from our customer service department. Requests for return must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email, writing, or calling our customer service department at 1-800-654-4577. A Returned Goods Authorization will be issued for approved returns and must be printed on all shipping documents and bills of lading.

The issued R.G.A. will include instructions for return freight, and replacement material will be shipped free of charge.

What if my order is missing items?
